I received the item in a timely fashion. It was easy to put together. The limited knobs for the ends of the hooks would fall off so I supper glued them on and now they don't fall off. I replaced a wooden coat rack that fell over from the weight of the coats and broke. That was my third wooden rack that fell over and broke. I finally learned my part and brought this metal one to replace it. This rack holds more coats and is very stable. Great if you don't have a coat closet for yourself or guest. I extremely recommend this product.
